History of Present Illness (HPI)
A 30 year old female with no significant past medical history presents complaining of intermittent foreign body sensation in both eyes for the past few months. She describes her symptom as a sensation of “having sand in my eyes.” She also notes episodes of sharp pain which occur in both eyes and lasts for a second.
