Confrontation Visual Fields (CVF): OD restricted 360, OS full
Pupils: OD sluggish and poorly reactive, OS brisk and reactive; 3+rAPD OD
External Exam: Here is an image of the right eye:
Image Description: diffuse conjunctival injection, cornea clear, anterior chamber shallow peripherally, +Neovascularization of the iris (NVI) 360, mydriatic pupil, 2+NS cataract
