Ophtho On-call Case 1: Introduction

History of Present Illness (HPI)

You are the ophthalmology resident on call when you get a page from your emergency medicine colleague in the ED. She informs you of a new consult: a 36 year old female with a chief complaint of new onset floaters for the last day with associated flashes of light. She endorses an area of blurry vision in the bottom left corner of her vision.
