History of Present Illness (HPI)
A 65-year-old male with no significant medical history presents to the emergency department complaining of swelling, redness, and pain in his right eye. Earlier in the day, the patient noticed ocular discomfort and drastically reduced vision in the right eye. He denies trauma to the eye, recent illness, or sick contacts. He also denies any past such episodes.
