Since the external exam is unremarkable, you decide to apply flourescein drops and perform an external exam under the cobalt blue light. You know that the flourescein will highlight any areas of corneal epithelial devitalization or de-epithelialization.
Fundoscopic Exam: of both eyes is within normal limits.
